Safety Tip:Always wear safety glasses when working on your vehicle. Wear other personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, for example latex gloves or closed toe shoes.

Open the hood and locate the header panel.

Inspect the header panel for damage.

Remove the front grille retaining screws and then the grille.

Disconnect all electrical connectors from the vehicle's headlights.

Remove the headlight assemblies from the header panel.

Remove the header panel from the front of the vehicle.

Install new header panel.

Reinstall headlight assemblies in the header panel.

Reconnect all the electrical connectors to the headlight assemblies.

Reinstall the front grille assembly.

Close the hood and verify proper alignment of the repair.
