With the engine off and cold, open the hood and locate the vehicle's radiator.

Follow the overflow hose to locate the expansion tank.

Inspect the expansion tank for leaks.

Remove the radiator over flow hose and drain any remaining fluid in the expansion tank.

Remove the expansion tank mounting bolts. Remove the expansion tank.

Install a new expansion tank.

Install the over flow hose from the radiator to the expansion tank.

Fill the radiator and expansion tank to the specified level with the recommended coolant.

Inspect the expansion tank for leaks.

Start the vehicle and inspect for any leaks to verify the repairs.
